I can depend on Whirlpool....

I had a 26-year old laundry pair by Whirlpool. They worked perfectly, but I decided to upgrade and give the old pair to my handyman, who wanted them. It never occurred to me to consider any other brand because I wanted something dependable. The upgrades on the new pair are wonderful and I appreciate them. The new set is not fancy or chic. These are just very, very good appliances. That's all I wanted.lota in Santa Fe

I recommend this product greatly because of it's great features. Depending on your garment, you can select the type, length and heat controls as needed. And with the timed or sensory drying mechanism, you save electricity! Great dryer!

I love the Eco cycle on this dryer. It's is a quiet dryer, I only hear it when the buzzer goes off. I am going to purchase all of my appliances based on this dryer's quality.

I believe I am saving electricity (and lowering my utility bill) with this new dryer. The clothes come out nice enough to just hang on a hanger and put into the closet. No more overdried, set-in creases and wrinkles. The machine is so quiet, I love it.

This dryer has the features I need and I got for less than I thought I could. It is not fancy, but it works perfectly. The Accudry settings take all the guess work out. The Wrinkle Shield turns the clothes every few minutes for quite a long time and I really like that. It keeps the clothes from wrinkling and reminds me to take out the clothes.

Great Dryer for our needs!

We have owned our dryer for about a month and a half and have had very good luck with it so far. Its basic, with a few extras, which is nice for the price we paid. Gets clothes dry in under an hour. There are only 2 of us in the house (for now) and I do an average of 5 loads of laundry a week, so for now it works great. This one replaced a dryer that was 10+ years old we bought used.. We didn't need anything fancy in a new dryer, as long as it dried clothes. Have had good luck with Whirlpool appliances in the past.

Dries well, towels seem fluffier.

We had an older machine and this s a great improvement. Towels are fluffier and whole load seems to dry faster.The door latch system needs some rethinking. Latching is secure but the metal rod attached to the machine as a part of the catch mechanism sometimes catches clothing. I have not torn anything yet but have had clothing get hung on it.(Maybe two plastic pieces that drop down on either side of the rod and as the door closes get pushed back into the machine during the latch engaging process. )
