I probably just have a bad component, but I am very unhappy with the drying times. It takes two to three cycles before my clothes are actually dry, even though the accu-dry sensor should be working. I live in an apartment so it could be the exhaust system, which would not be a dryer fault but ever since the first day of use, it takes way too long to be efficient. I am having the thermostat and sensors looked at just in case, and have cleaned out the exhaust vent as far as I can. I hope I will have better results soon. I do love the range of cycle choices/features, just wish it worked better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this for a little over a month. We replaced a 14 year old dryer. The dryer time is less and we're happy with the what we've experienced so far.

Like large size and inside light

Like inside light.Like size.Do not like that when the "buzzer" sounds the dryer turns off -- instead of going into a "tumble" cycle.The clothes come out either too dry or too wet -- we haven't yet found the correct spot.

I really like the dryer I bought. It's simple to use. That's all we need in new technology is simple. So my machine runs & looks great. May Whirlpool keep the simple things in life simple and dependable.

The only thing I don't like is the lint filter. Everytime I take it out some small particles fall on the top of the dryer and then I must clean it. I wish it didn't come out upside down.

I love my new dryer with its large drying drum and all the many variable options! The AccuDry Drying System really performs wonderfully. My last Whirlpool dryer lasted approximately 20 years with much heavy use. As an owner of many different Whirlpool products I heartily recommend their products.

I have replaced a 21 year old Whirlpool pair that was still working for a more energy efficient Whirlpool pair. I love the wrinkle guard feature, no more wrinkled clothes when I can"t get to the dryer as soon as it stops. Love it!!! Makes my life easier!!!
