My Whirlpool machine lives up to the high standards I have historically come to expect from a Whirlpool product. I am sixty five years old and have always had a Whirlpool appliance in my home. Over the years I and others of my generation have come to equate the name,"Whirlpool", with quality, dependability and dollar value.Duane and Becky

I didn't want machine that had a bunch of bells and whistles. Just more to break down. All I asked for was something to clean and dry my clothes and that's what I got.

I've had my dryer a few months now and I could not be happier! It works well, has lots of room inside, and it is simple to operate. It does it's job better than expected and it was very economical also. I would buy this model again in a heartbeat!

Great performance and value

The two best things about this dryer are the spaciousness of the drum and the moisture sensor. Whirlpool fit a fairly large drum into a cabinet the same size as older models. This works for our large loads. The moisture sensor works on the low heat setting. This is what we usually use anyway; now there is not so much guesswork and the clothes get dry instead of users not putting enough time on the dial. The only thing I would change is the door latch, which is noisy as always, but at least it works fine. This is not a high-end appliance, but it offers great quality for the price.
