Finally an adaptive controller that works!

Absolutely love this controller. For anyone with limited hand dexterity this allows you to get back into gaming in a way that hasn’t been possible with standard controllers. With the number of triggers and thumb sticks on a standard controller this is the first controller I’ve encountered that allows you to configure the buttons to replicate all of the necessary triggers and thumb sticks and directional pads. The one caveat is that you need two controllers to replicate all the buttons and triggers and both thumb sticks. Combined cost of two controllers is steep but if you’re not otherwise able to play video games it’s a really nice option to have after so many years of not having a comparable option.
