Lenovo sent me five machines on Linux instead of windows. I was rather upset. However, Zachary Pierce from sales gave me a call after they were on their way back for a return and he turned it right around selling me 5 proper machines, and I’m not an easy person to please. It speaks volumes to what someone does after an error and this was a success of sales.
