Disappointed in misleading amount of Disney Art

The “Disney” art is only 21 pieces. They count Marvel, Pixar, Star War and National Geographic pieces as Disney Art. The lack of actual Disney art is disappointing. Paying for the membership, doesn’t get you any more Disney art.

Limited Image Selection

This is my second ‘The Frame’ TV. I like the concept and It looks great in my living room. The included platinum-colored bezel is a nice upgrade from the standard model. The selection of images is not what I expected however. 100 pieces of art from some of Disney’s greatest stories? Hmm. There are five categories: Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic. There are 20 images in each plus an unnecessary (IMHO) title card that sticks out like a sore thumb if you select ‘Display All’’. The first set contains 7 ‘classic’ sketches and 13 images from only 5 mostly newer films (Wish, Tangled, Big Hero 6, The Princess and The Frog and Encanto), . The Pixar set is similarly limited - 20 images from 9 mostly newer films (Inside Out, Coco, Turning Red, Soul, Ratatouille, Onward, Toy Story 4/Lightyear and Luca). The Star Wars set is half Mandalorian and half original/prequel trilogies. The Nat Geo images are nice, but they’re not Disney. I’m not sure that the extra $$$ for the Disney 100 edition was worth it for me.

Don't get it.

We bought one less than 6 months ago. About after 3ish months of use, white cloudy-bees appeared all over the tv. Not worth it, especially for the price. Also? Need a subscription for the frame artwork.

Really Samsung!?!

It was good until a few months ago. An update has made the reason I bought the tv moot. Originally I could create a slide show of all the Disney art I favorited and my own photos. This was how The TV was advertised when I bought it. This is what I bought it for. You can no longer do a slideshow of the included art. I'm assuming they want us to pay a fee, but I bought it for Disney art and that was included as was the ability to make a rotation. This is a bit of a bait and switch. They took away a functionality that was advertised and has made the purpose of the TV unusable. There are several discussions about this throughout the Internet.

Love but a major flaw

What is not to love? The photo uploading is what ... The gallery options is what ... I LOVE the Frame, I LOVE the preloaded Disney Art but I do not love that you can only upload your photos into 1 main folder, then would have to favorite specific ones for a slideshow (and unfavorite the prior slideshow - each 1 at a time) - I expect better from a company like Samsung - I should be able to make individual photo albums like family vacation, Christmas, holidays whatever ... Also when starting a slideshow the settings should stick, if I turn off the TV it should power back on with the same art mode settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Disney 100 anniversary frame TV has exceeded my expectations. Not only is it art on the wall, it's functionality, and numerous features make it a must buy! Easy installation, set up, beautiful clear picture, fantastic sound, and all the incredible pre-loaded artwork, the list of perfection is too long for this review! I surprisingly well priced for a limited edition piece of entertainment perfection.
