[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to try this one out with my back hurting from delivering my 3 kids and currently pregnant with my 4th! So my back is always in pain, so when I heated this up it definitely helped my back and put my pain at ease!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have back pain since I had children and had epidurals Sharper image heated compression back wrap works well.I like that it focuses just in the back just put it directly on it. It heats up in the microwave.if you rather have it cold you put it in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this compression back wrap and it has come in handy for me as well as my loved ones. My husband is on his feet all day at work lifting heavy items. He comes home with a sore back often. I told him to use this and the heat gave him much needed relief almost instantly. After 20 minutes of use he had very little back pain. Now he uses this almost nightly and swears it has made improvements on his back pain. Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of back and joint pain, so I was excited to get this hot/cold compression wrap to try. It only takes 30 seconds in the microwave to heat it, or 1-3 hours in the freezer to chill it. I like that it's weighted, and that you can use it as a wrap, and secure it with the velcro fasteners
