From the initial install, there is noise with the unit. It sounds like the fluid circulating within the system. Is this normal for a F&P?

My wife and I both love our refrigerator however it needed to have both drawer/door panels replaced due to dents from shipment. The stainless steel seems to be very thin. This took nearly two months.

My wife & I have lived with this fridge for a couple months now and, so far, we love it! We searched several months trying to find something that would fit properly and nicely in the space we have for it in our relatively small kitchen. Choices were/are extremely limited! This one fit and replaced our previous one, which was awful at maintaining a constant healthy temperature in the refrigerator section, even when it was new. Its freezer section fluctuated wildly, as well. Thus far, this Fisher & Paykel has been spot-on and holds the temperatures we've selected for both sections with the tenacity of a professional American football player trying to avoid a fumble! (Make sure you use accurate temperature gauges; not those cheap, wildly inaccurate things you find in the local supermarket housewares isle!) The design is beautiful and functional. The stainless steel does a remarkably good job at resisting fingerprints. The ice maker works very well, and we don't think it's slow at all. We shut if off when the ice bin is full and turn it on again overnight when it's about 3/4 empty. By morning, we've got a full bin of ice again. Of course, it has the limitations one should expect from a smaller fridge (e.g. no gallon or large jug space on the door). However, for its size, my wife and I think both the refrigerator and freezer sections are designed very intelligently. If it were 3 to 3.5" taller, 1 to 1.5" wider and 1 to 2" deeper, it would be perfect for our space. So, Fisher & Paykel design engineers, if you're reading this, I think those size specifications might just open up a broader market for you folks with people who have relatively smaller kitchens like us.
