It's a nice fridge

The Good:
It’s a nice fridge that’s in between the bulk of the market (LG, Whirlpool, etc...) and crazy expensive (SubZero, Thermador).
I really like the little plastic ice scoop that stows neatly along the side of the ice tray. Keeps grubby fingers out of the ice, and doesn’t get buried under new ice. This cost next to nothing but it's my favorite feature.
No WiFi or Bluetooth. In my opinion, this is a positive.
There are no plastic plugs in the door for the opposite-hinged model. There are some plugs on top.
Info not obvious in the listing:
The external water filter is unique. Neither good nor bad, just think about where you will put it.
The difference between the series 5 and 7 seems to be the handles. The 7 series are round and a bit sturdier.
Refrigerant is R-600 (Butane).
Made in Thailand.
Generally very quiet. The noises it makes are different than the compressor hum I’m used to.
Gripes:
The freezer drawer roll-out mechanism is louder than on models from other manufacturers.
For the price point, a freezer light would have been nice.
