Attention to detail

I ordered a brand new Apex Pro and the bike was shipped to me with a bad battery. You would think that one of the most important parts of the product would be tested before it was shipped out to a customer. This lack of attention to detail makes you second guess your purchase.

Great sturdy bike, fun off road like you can't believe. I researched E-Bikes for over a year before buying the Apex Sport.
The bike went together very easy and the service videos make it simple to set the derailleur. I took it to a bike shop to have the rims trued and the tech said it was very closely trued straight out of the box.
I feel like a 6 year old again. Tearing around on forest roads is a blast. As soon as the snow melts back a bit I will be out on it checking for new hunting grounds. Even if I never hunt again I know great backcountry adventures are right around the bend.
