[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bike has been great! As long as you don’t think you’re smarter than the instructions, it goes together just fine. It has taken me a little time to adjust to all the gears and settings to navigate the various terrain but there is definitely a gear and setting available for what I was looking to get out of the bike. I recently added the game trailer and it worked well and didn’t hinder performance of the bike at all. I’ll put it to the real test this September in the Colorado Mountains and can hopefully add my findings in a follow up review.

I have the Apex Pro, and I could not be happier. The power, ease of use and extreme durability is everything I wanted in an E-Bike! Not to mention the customer service at QuietKat was incredible!

This bike is a BEAST! Love it. It arrived when anticipated and assembled very well. With just minimal peddling, the range increases way more than expected. There were a couple minor issues that staff jumped on and provided a prompt resolution.
My only complaints are:
- Instruction manual needs updating (At least for my 2022 Apex)
- Charge port covers (on bike and battery) are cheap and BOTH were damaged during transit. The battery one actually caused the battery to jam in place the first time inserted. Took me a day to figure out how to extract and make it perform properly.
- Additional info would be helpful, especially in programming the electronics (e.g. define acronyms used, what each setting actually means from a performance standpoint, etc.)

Great quality bike. Took it on a hunt in NM over steep and rocky roads/trails and it had no issues. The ride was smooth except when it was exceptionally rocky as expected though. The battery barely drained on the smooth areas but did really drain on the steep areas. The mileage rating seem to be accurate depending on terrain and peddling.

After many months of looking at many different kinds of e-bikes I decided to go with the Quitekat Apex, WOW, what a great decision. This bike is incredible, I'm riding like I'm in my twenties again and that was over 40 years ago. Extremely smooth when changing gears or power levels, quite, unbelievable power for climbing and rough terrain and very well built, using quality materials. The staff at Quitekat answered all my questions. There are many how to videos from assembling the bike when it arrives, how to get stared ridding, and maintenance and repairs.
I feel that this was a great choice and would tell anyone who is looking for a great e-bike to check out the bikes that Quitekat has to offer
