The touch screen gave out in less than 2 months. Very disappointing because that is an essential feature of the Proart lineup laptops.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. Please try to update the video driver and do a factory restore as a last resort. If problem persists, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. A RMA number is required to send it in for service. Dual screen that really works on a full power unit

ASUS duo is the best dual screen application. Most people would like to do more than one thing on one screen at a time. This addressed that need/workflow but does not go overboard in my opinion. The New yoga book by comparison is truly interesting but not practical. Too many things to effectively execute, mouse, BT keyboard. Also is is more a”toy” than serious productivity machine. It beautiful but in my opinion underpowered, small storage and not ready for prime time software to utilize both screens. I spent days just getting the on screen keyboard to consistently function as advertised. ASUS duo is a serious full service computer with the ability to view two separate screen functions for real. It’s powerful, has lots of storage, more memory and nothing else to carry or pack and unpack to set up and use. ASUS got it right and first. Now just keep the screen pad Plus software improving and we have a total winner
