Awesome washer & dryer

Bought my Whirlpool washer & dryer a month ago and I'm completely satisfied. Quiet & no wrinkles like my last HE. Does an excellent job of cleaning.

Great features!

I purchased this a month or so ago. Sadly, since the very first load it has not appropriately dispensed the fabric softner. We've had a repair man come and we decided it was best to return and get a different one. Having said all of this, the reason I gave it 4 stars is because I really love how the product works. It has tons of options, I really love the soak mode and it gets my clothes clean! I also love having the drawers under the machines. I will miss this washer and dryer when it gets picked up. Hoping I love my new ones just as much.

Efficient and fast drying

This dries clothes in no time flat (they come out of the washer almost dry!) and treats them well. Love all the options with steam and refresh. Get the pedestals for extra storage and not having to bend over. Totally worth it.

Happy with the whole unit

This was a major upgrade from a Dryer that was almost 15 years old. That old dryer in spite of his protest just had to go. (He tried to dent the new dryer when I ushered him out; he cursed and screamed calling me ungrateful; and how can I throw him out after so many years of being faithful; and that he never broke down; blah blah blah).This new dryer just uplifted the entire laundry room. Cool blue lights, massive drum, with so many features (that I hope to use some day). I didn't expect to appreciate touch buttons on a dryer but it is so much fun to touch them and hear the very pleasant alert. The alert sounds from the dryer are soft and mellow, almost orchestrated. Drying close is now fun. The drier is fantastic, gorgeous styling. Someone really did pay a lot of attention in designing this dryer. It was designed by someone who likes gorgeous things. This was my first Whirlpool appliance and it won't be my last for sure.I sure hope it last as long as old faithful, or at lease is as reliable.

New Dryer

The new gas dryer is easy to use and dries faster than our old dryer. The vent alert feature signaled that we needed to clean out the long vent run.

So far everything has worked smooth with the dryer. My only complaint is there is a slight buzzing noise when it runs, but it doesn't seem to affect the performance in any way. I am also very happy with our local Whirlpool dealer that we bought our washer and dryer from!
