i bought pair of washer and dryer. the dryer is perfect, but the washer has problem. there is alwasy water problem when using other settings except normal.

If I had ordered a pedestal it would be easier to reach to the back of the large drum.

Excellent for families with babies

We bought the set in anticipation of the arrival of our newborn son and the multitude of laundry that comes with a newborn. I am glad we did, because now I am not afraid to leave him without diapers - I am confident his sheets and clothes will be not only clean, but fully sanitized. Just a few comments, as these units have some room for improvement:1. The units could be a bit quieter2. The soap dispenser could use a re-design; with the current design the soap seeps out onto the floor if the door is open - making it hard to add garments3.I could use a 2- and 3-hour presoak settingOverall, highly recommend these units for family with small kids, and for those who like their whites white and black black. Love the refresh feature in the drier because I often forget about the laundry.
