Very disappointed

I only used it for one month, and the microwave is not heating anymore. I took a day off to wait for the repairer at home. But no one shows up, and even no one gives me a call to tell me what happened.

I bought the oven in November, and by January, the microwave function had already failed. Considering the significant price increase since my purchase, I’m currently reluctant to invest in a replacement.

Great Oven w/ Tons of Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this combination oven! Bought this to replace the one that came with our house. Very solid smart oven that has cooked everything we've thrown at it. In addition to "normal" features, I was finally able to use the steam proof function this weekend for a dough rise that was having trouble due to the winter weather and temps. The microwave's convection feature is nice when we had to bake multiple things at different temps and times over the holidays.
