Bad Quality!!!!!

I bought this 36" induction cooktop on Dec. 2023, had a contractor installed on Mar. 2024. Yesterday, Jan. 25, 2025 the cooktop stopped working after a big "bang" noise while I was using only the center cook unit with power of "12". Contracted Samsung customer service, was told the unit is just passed the 12 months warranty period start from the delivered date. Any repair cost would be on me.
Oh come on, yeah, it's been just over the 12 month since it was delivered, but it 's been only used for less than 10 months! Shame on Samsung to provide a product as such a bad quality! I hammered the cooktop and tossed it to trash!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
