Great oven with high tech features

I’ve had it for few weeks by now and love it so far. I have tried to bake bread, fruit pies, meat stuffed pies and cheese buns. Everything turned out very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

False claim ! Cannot steam cook!

Bought and installed Bespoke 30" Matte Black Single Wall Oven with AI Pro Cooking™ Camera on Dec26 2023. Found out that the steam cook function cannot be used without a Samsung steam cook tray. Tried to order it for 3 days, talked to four team members. All attempts to purchase online were failed. It stated, "Delivery is not available for the provided zip code" A note also stated California Proposition 65 warning. Now I paid for a steam cooking function that doesn't work without that special steam cook tray. False claim of product function!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The range itself is great, but the GLARING blue digital clock is positively blinding at night, no exaggeration. Plus, the obnoxious LOUD bell that goes off 3x when the oven reaches selected heat is so unnecessary. Why oh why do manufacturers think we literally need bells and whistles and lights, so many lights!?!

BEWARE - We bought this oven back in October. After some brief installation hiccups, the oven was ready for use by mid-November, just in time for Thanksgiving. We have been eagerly waiting to buy a new oven for years, and were excited to have this. During it's first use, we notice the enamel along the racks had chipped away. This happened within the first week of owning the oven, and during one of the first uses. The retailer said it was a Samsung issue, that they couldn't repair or replace the oven, that we needed to work with Samsung. Samsung is saying that the chips are considered "cosmetic". They can fix the problem, but will charge us for the repair. Imagine that? They clearly are using inferior enamels, because nothing should be chipping within the first use. Not sure how many remaining issues will pop-up, or how the inside of the oven will look over the years, but our first impressions of this oven, and for Samsung's response has been far from positive. I cannot recommend this appliance.
