Frigidaire Pro dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works very well, runs quietly, and looks great. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is the dish prongs in the racks seem a little shirt ir awkwardly spaced.

Holds a surprising large loads, cleans well

Avoid the Frigidaire Pro Dishwasher – Too Many Issues!

I’d like to start with the fact that this is the second Frigidaire dishwasher that I’ve owned. The first one I had for 12 years and did not have any problems until it finally got old and I decided to replace it. The following is my review of my new dishwasher.
I’ve owned my Frigidaire Pro dishwasher for nine months, and it has been nothing but trouble. I am currently waiting for my third control board replacement because the dishwasher has repeatedly stopped working completely. In addition to these major failures, I’ve had several other frustrating issues:
* Extremely Poor Drying Performance – Dishes come out soaking wet, requiring hand drying after every cycle.
* Bottom Rack Design Flaws – The rack constantly comes off the track, making it difficult to use.
* Easily Dented Internal Door – The interior of the stainless steel door is already dented, even with careful use. This is because the bottom rack does not stay on its track.
For a premium-priced appliance, I expected much better quality and reliability. Instead, I’ve spent months dealing with repairs and inconvenience. I strongly recommend looking at other brands if you want a dependable dishwasher.
