Misrepresentation of product and unethical business practices

We wrote a honest review last month, met all criteria for publication in this format. It was not made available for you the public to view.. We were told our mattress issue was to be escalated in order to address ongoing quality issues. Our experience with Sleep Country, is at this point, is egregious! They have not made any contact to address, even after we have made multiple attempts. We have been in contact w The Ministry of Public & Business Services, who've informed us this scenario we're attemp to have Sleep Country address is under the consumers protection act, this regarded as product misrepresentation.
We have as well decided that this should be brought to the attention if Market Place, a Canadian TV public address that unethical business practices.

The Casper Mattress - comfy enough, great for guest room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress was purchased for a guest room in our home. As we are not regular sleepers on this mattress, my husband and I have taken turns giving it a night's sleep this first month. I find it completely comfortable while my husband finds it initially comfortable but not all night (he says too warm and his hip begins to hurt). I believe it will be perfect for our occasional guests.
It did not inflate to the advertised 10-inches depth.
The purchasing process was easy. We requested delayed shipping that was accommodated. We were able to unbox easily and have it on a platform bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this mattress on a Saturday and it arrived the following Thursday, so that was great. Super easy to unbox. Started out feeling a little too soft within the first couple of hours (unboxed in the morning) but then by sleepy time it was perfectly firm. We have three Casper mattresses now. Do yourself a favor and get the Cozy Earth bamboo sheets. They are THE BEST.
