My Casper mattress is a squeaker

I have a queen size squeaky Casper mattress!! It’s only a few yrs old and it started squeaking after a few months. It’s horrible. We checked the back frame and box spring tightened all the bolts to no avail.

I felt so confident with the attitude and approach of the client representative who provided clear information. I did not have the opportunity to test Casper mattress at the store, but I wanted to rely on the information given and I am now happy about my decision.
