Don't buy unless you plan on waiting an extra 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

I ordered a mattress and asked for a Hold For Arrival for a specific date. However, they don't say that a Hold for Arrival is a hold for SHIPPING, meaning your order will not be shipped until the date specified. So, once they explained that, I called not once, not twice, but three separate occasions to get an update on my delivery. All the while, the tracking from UPS had not updated at all since the label had originally been on the date I had initially placed the order. Absolutely abhorrently handled.

Wonderful product

The first Original Casper, had me so pleased, that after 10 years I was still loving it.. I chose the two sided Casper for the replacement.. Meanwhile, I had grown older, the height became a problem.. I am not as agile as I once was. Kept that mattress 5 years.. I am expecting nothing but continuing good restful sleep with this Third “Original Style” that I just received.. Thank you for a Quality Product..

HORRIBLE MATTRESS

I have had this bed for only 2 years and it kills me to sleep in. I expect sagging with a foam mattress, but the way this Casper bed sags is KINDA extreme… There is a MASSIVE crater in the mattress where I typically sleep which is insane after only 2 years of use. For reference, I’m 120lbs and 5’4” so you can understand my irritation with this mattress. For how much this bed costs you should receive a higher quality product.
