Great look, Works great, Documentation terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the looks of the product. The product works well. The LCD display / operating instructions are terrible. Document says there is separate detailed instructions just for the display, but we have never been able to find it. We learnt this after several premature oven shut offs: If you do the setting to start it cooking say upper oven, while it is baking you touch the Upper Oven ICON, than will turn it OFF. Same thing happens for the lower oven. Touching the Upper Oven Icon intuitively one thinks you are going to see the status, temperature etc., but NO that turns the Oven OFF, and the display does not say "Oven Turned OFF" It also would be extremely helpful if at all times the display showed the current Oven temperature. It does show the current temperature when it is preheating, but once pre heated just says it is cooking at the temperature you set it at, but NO display of what the actual temperature is.
We had to use a separate oven temperature probe to get the current temperature, discover if it had prematurely turned off as we may have pressed one of the Upper or Lower Oven ICONS, and then confirm it actually was ON and close to the temperature set.
I am an engineer and I had trouble figuring out how to use it and avoid, premature shut off, so I am sure non-technical people would find it even harder. We hope software updates will fix these obvious problems. Then we will provide a more positive review.

Beautiful built in double oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so sorry. I bought it and it is installed. It is beautiful as is my new kitchen. But I just don't have the courage to use it as yet. I like the idea of a built in air fryer. Hopefully I will find the courage to try it!

KEEP SCROLLING! This Oven is TERRIBLE

If I could give this oven zero stars I would. Not even a year old and it has already broke twice. The first time it took over a month to repair. I am still working through getting the repairs done for the second failure! I was looking for a reliable appliance with additional cooking space, plus the ability to connect virtually and all I got was an headache and an oven that only works half of the time! Very frustrated with this purchase!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
