UI needs to improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a new microwave and oven combination appliance. I think the product is a good solution and a good idea that could be improved. My biggest request would be to that instead of selecting if you are going to use the Microwave or the Oben, the selection should be done automatically as soon as you open the door to the appliance you want to use.

Whirlpool Combo smart oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven-microwave combo a few weeks ago and have had the opportunity to use both the microwave and the oven multiple times. The oven works as expected and maintains proper temp when cooking. The air fry feature was a selling point, however, I haven’t experienced great results yet. Perhaps I need to adjust to the feature, as it seems to take longer than a countertop portable air fry unit (Ninja). Again, it’s not a deal-breaker, but the feature doesn’t seem to get as hot as the convention or bake functions. I did calibrate my oven per the instructions as recommended for my altitude, so the air fry temperature issue is not the result of improper calibration. If there is something I am missing, please send me a message.

I can’t set the time and don’t know how to turn the oven off when I’m finished, I got in touch with the whirlpool people and they can’t help me as they don’tprint the booklets to help operate the stupid thing. I’m 88years old and not used to digital operating. If I can see a example I can follow it nut otherwise I’m useful
