Good but not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The combo oven is ok. It is not intuitive to use like most microwaves and ovens. There are not any quick buttons to press for quick cooking via the microwave. The oven does not have a traditional "off" button so the first I used I was unsure if the oven was off. This would not have been my choice of appliances but the builder chose.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice unit but still getting used to the controls and how much pressure is required to press the options for cooking. Also, the controls froze up and we had to leave it alone for several hours before it reset. Other than those minor issues, we love it. Can’t wait to use the steam option for cooking.

Great Product - Lousy Literature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our new home, it came with all new whirlpool appliances. The wall oven is my favorite of all the appliances. I love it. YET, I gave it 4 stars! What's up? Your book of how it works its terrible. I do not even know how to set the clock, I have to use my phone for a timer and I just know to subtract 8 minutes when I need the time. I figure things out by guess or by gosh. I must admit, I am an old lady of 77. I am going to try to find u-tubes on it. It bakes beautifully. My husband turned the over off on me today, when he used the microwave. Haha. That's a by gosh! There was a link to go to for a book about the oven; however, it was the same book that came with it which is really not good. I suppose I will have it figured out just before they tote me off to assisted living.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven because my last one lasted less than 7 years. The repair guys recommended this brand. They said it has less repairs. I’m hoping that is true. So far I like it. I haven’t used it much yet. I like the assisted cooking feature. I wish it came with an operation Manuel at least a basic one. I went to internet and found the manual. Anyway I’m older and not computer literate so it takes me twice as long to find things. That’s what I would improve on. I’m sure it does a lot more than what I have figured out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works very well
