[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] -Microwave door that pulls down versus to the side will never work for smaller individuals, including children. If something stops rotating at the back it is hard to impossible to reach. This especially true when the dual microwave/oven is hung fairly high.
-This microwave has NO power. My first microwave in the 1970s was stronger than this one.
- The controls are not intuitive or simple. A microwave should have an immediate and visible keypad with 30 seconds, start, stop, etc. It is not obvious how to turn off microwave or oven.

Microwave Stopped Working

New Combo
