Impress when working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it two weeks ago, I was please with it. Now I have mixed reviews about the oven, because the inner glass shatter while using it. I am waiting to get it repair. This is my assessment as of now .

Super Hot Oven Burns Food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was nice. I replaced a KitchenAid wall oven with the whirlpool and everything fits without having to do any cabinet modifications. However, the oven itself is super hot and needs to be recalibrated. The while using the top oven, the bottom oven gets hot even when not in use. I am an good cook and I’m having problems with my food burning in the oven. It is definitely Something Wrong with the temperature control. I’ve used every method in the world to save my food without good results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to have my first double oven and have been a bit disappointed. The interface on the screen is awful and doesn't press or slide easily and even changed my cook time once. Also the timer sound is horrible - I burnt my food once because I just plain couldn't hear it and the notification delayed on my phone. Also this oven definitely runs hotter than most other ovens, which I can now adjust for but initially was interesting to figure out. The app is it's main saving grace, and I wish we had other options with our builder as looking through these reviews I wouldn't have chosen this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Confusing Instructions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to download the operating manual before I understood how to stop the oven when done. We unplugged it from the electrical box. No instructions came with the instillation. I also dried herbs with my former Thermador ovens, but cannot find anything about that process with the Whirlpool. I got the WP ovens because they were the best looking unit for our kitchen and came well rated by Consumer Report.

Great features, great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the double oven and a microwave/range hood to replace a competitor’s oven/microwave combo and are very happy with the switch in appliances. Both Whirlpool double oven units are larger and quieter than the old competitor’s unit, and at a much more reasonable price. Easy connection to our home network and the internet; the optional air fryer software loaded via OTA upgrade during the night. Purchased the air fryer basket and can’t wait to try it out and get rid of the bulky counter top unit we currently use. Still learning the smart features; we’ve had the appliances for just under a couple weeks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features. I had a little difficulty figuring put WiFi installation. I eventually figured out I had to split my WiFi from 5G to 5G and 2.4 because oven operates on 2.4. It's really cool, sends alerts to my phone when the when it is preheated, etc.

Very intuitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart features are easy to navigate. Very short learning curve. Bakes evenly. The only draw back is the very soft oven timer which you can’t hear very well when cooking is complete.
