Best ovens!

She is looking forward to purchasing more whirlpool products. She has commented how the ovens are not only beautiful to look at but functionality has been above the rest!

Bad Design on the control panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit 5 months and three service calls already. The control panel goes out of control when the steam from the oven hits it. It is obviously a design flaw. After having the technician come out and replace the control panel, I still do not have all the features it once had. They claim it is a software issue, but after waiting seven days the Airfry feature still does not appear on the control panel. I would not buy this oven again and I recommend that you do not either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crummy instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit 3 weeks ago and we're still trying figure out how to turn is off. Who ever wrote the operation guide sucks at it. I don't have a "cancel" button. We hope that by Thanksgiving, we've figured out how to use both ovens at the same time. P.S., it's replacing a Whirlpool double wall oven that we had for 17 years and loved.

Good so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far oven is working very well. Accessing air fryer option was a bit tedious but all set now. Installation was difficult as connector to gas line was very short and rigid and difficult to connect with our connection in our house.

Terrible product line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new house. Every appliance in this house is Whirlpool, all of which have only added to the problems new homeowners face. Whirlpool used to be a decent product. The products we have in this house are not user friendly.
