Nice oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago and I’m very satisfied with this purchase. One of the features I like is the large oven window and ample lighting. It provides a very clean look and makes keeping an eye on your food a breeze. I was hesitant on the touch screen bc I consider myself more of a meat and potato appliance guy but no issues as of date and will continue to monitor. And again the Whirlpool customer service was amazing, A+.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy to have a working oven by Christmas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received oven in 11/25/24 and upon installation the control board would not work. Highly disappointed although I do understand things happen. Happy to report the new oven will be replaced with another new oven.

HOW TO GET A USER MANUAL DOWNLOAD?

I didn't receive a User Manual and need it to answer questions about this model.
The website is MOST unhelpful in requesting a User Manual. It's probably the worst website that I've encountered in years.

Very nice oven, but unfortunate WiFi doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this oven 2 weeks ago and had connected it to WiFi. The first night, it displayed an error with an hourglass and a finger indicating not to press any buttons. It stayed like this for hours and the light nor any of the features would work. I eventually power cycled it at the breaker a few times and disconnected it from WiFi and the Whirlpool app, and it returned to normal the next morning. Aside from this, it’s been a great oven and we are still very happy with our purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven lettering way too small. breakfast favorites unnessary. My last oven was simple .You need to include a magnifying glass to Read the instructions. Very disappointed and unhappy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven bakes hot and there are no directions on HOW TO USE. it took me 30 minutes to reset the clock. Printed out users manual which is 72 pages, 2/3 in French and Spanish and not one word on the icons and how to use them.
