Blows hot air into the kitchen when you use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not pleased that these new ovens have a fan that blows hot air into my home from a vent under the door. The old Whirlpool oven that we replaced did not do that. It's >100degrees F outside during the summer where I live and it's extremely bad to have the oven blowing hot air into the kitchen when we use it. Whirlpool should address this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to understand how to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago and I’m very satisfied with this purchase. One of the features I like is the large oven window and ample lighting. It provides a very clean look and makes keeping an eye on your food a breeze. I was hesitant on the touch screen bc I consider myself more of a meat and potato appliance guy but no issues as of date and will continue to monitor. And again the Whirlpool customer service was amazing, A+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received oven in 11/25/24 and upon installation the control board would not work. Highly disappointed although I do understand things happen. Happy to report the new oven will be replaced with another new oven.
