Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in this wall oven combination. In less than 2 weeks after installation the microwave part of the oven stopped working and after almost a week the technician inspected it and it needed new parts! For a brand new microwave! The unit was installed on October 30th and still waiting for parts and of course it takes a while for an appointment with the technician so very very inconvenient. Unfortunately because of this I have no faith in this unit. It looks good but if it doesn't perform correctly it is no good for us.
