NEEDED AN OPERATING MANUAL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice oven but no instructions with the oven or on line as to how to cook with the different features offered on the oven. Have to go to UTUBE!!! Why can't it just come with a booklet on how to cook different items with the convection option!!! An OPERATING MANUAL sure would have been nice!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I like it. I wish it had come with more instructions besides just installation. I have trouble knowing if I have it turned off. But it works well. It also looks good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate this new oven!!!! It does not have a off button!! Who makes a oven that does not have a push off button. I did not ask the sales person to show me a demo of how to turn this oven off at the store. Never would of thought that was something that I needed to have a person show me. I called the store where I bought it and they could not find out how to turn it off either, except by going on U Tube and watching someone else having the same issue . I called Whirlpool and they did not have anyone by phone that could tell me either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the for around 2 months & I love it ! The convection oven bakes with even heat & if you have wi-fi in your house it sends a notice on my phone that the oven is ready
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our previous double oven and bought this product. It was difficult to connect to our internet because it does not recognize a 5G network--finally spoke to customer service, then our internet provider, rebooted the system and it began working. We also had a problem because the product needed a firmware update and wouldn't work properly until this was done--(how were we supposed to know that?). We've had it for about a week--after a few days the control panel just stopped responding to pressing for baking type, temp, etc. Since it was a Sunday and I had a group of people over and needed my oven --in desperation we turned off the power in the basement and rebooted the oven up--it started to work perfectly. Hope that is a one time glitch only. It takes a while to get used to how to operate the control panel--I've found myself with the bottom oven heating up when I thought I was adjusting the upper oven. Sometimes I wish I still had a simple double oven with dials... It seems to cook food well and it looks good in the kitchen. Cleaning cycle worked well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just getting to know my new double ovens. Love how big the windows are so you can really see your food easily. Like the fact both ovens self cleaning and the top is convection, also. Like how big the interior of them is. No problem cooking a 20 pound turkey in these ovens! My old Whirlpool ovens were 17 years old so some of the changes are great. Bottom of ovens smooth no exposed heating element, racks are very light weight. The digital controls offer a lot of options.
