DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst oven I’ve ever owned. Every time I open the oven, the moisture from the heat is so bad that it starts to change the oven settings on the touch screen. It can cause any button to be hit, launch as changing the cooking temperature, changing the timer length, changing the cooking method and even turning the oven off. The screen is placed right above the oven opening, which perpetuates the issue. Had a technician out to inspect it and there is nothing they can do. Said whirlpool will tell us “just don’t cook using the cooking methods that cause the issue” or “don’t cook things with high moisture”. Unbelievable. Don’t buy this oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this oven for about a month. So far, so good. It is amazingly quiet. I keep checking that I’ve turned it off because it barely makes any noise! The touch screen controls do take some getting used to. It’s a very nice oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ovens came with the new home. They look great and work well. The only complaint I have is that the keypad is less responsive than my previous oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although there have been no real issues with operation, thie is wht second time a new Whirlpool unit needed to have a motherboard replaced. Not a great way to start with a brand new appliance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used my ovens once. It took almost twice the time to preheat as my old ovens. Once preheated, it was okay but my timing was off for serving dinner to company. I am pleased that one oven has air fry capability but disappointed that it is the top oven, which is harder to access than the lower oven. I expect to get use to it when I use it more, which probably won’t be until fall. I have set up but not used the smart features.
