Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had the ovens about two weeks, so far, I really like them. However, I was confused on why the air fryer option was not shown as a cooking method and had to be connected to our internet. Took a little while but it is now an option. Interior seems larger than my old double ovens. Like that it has both convection and the air fryer option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NO CUSTOMER FOCUS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The function of the oven is what we expected, but the communication and directions for use are an entirely a different story. The instructions for use were nonexistent, and the hunt for a basic guide showed us that the website and chatbots had NO CUSTOMER FOCUS. After a thorough search and multiple attempts to contact a human (totally 6 hours) we finally were able to secure a pdf that gave directions for use.
