I got this a month ago for my baby and it has already stopped working. No matter how long I charge it it won’t turn on. Very disappointing machine

Awful flashing light.

Where to start…
The low battery indicator is essentially a very bright strobe light. Once the battery is low, the light just starts flashing extremely fast to get you to charge it. It woke my baby up in the middle of the night. For something that straps to a crib to be used at night, you know, to help a baby sleep, you would think it wouldn’t be designed to be something that immediately wakes the baby up.
The thing also does not hold the charging cable to even get a charge. It has to be finessed at a very weird angle just to stay in (and this isn’t an issue with mine, I see other reviews with the same thing.)
And while you eventually do get it to charge, God forbid you have to charge it at night while in use. Because, again, the charging indicator is a slightly slower flashing bright light that my baby also does not like. You essentially have to remember to charge it during the day for it to ever be useful.

I really like the sound machine

I received the Frida Baby Portable Sound Machine from my baby registry so by the time it stoped working it was too late to return.
Thankfully Frida Baby's customers service was able to help me try to figure out what was going on and with no solution they replaced the iteam and the shipping was very fast!
Overall I like it, I do wish it had a lullaby since it is for babies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a small lamp in my daughter’s room but needed something that wasn’t so bright. This nightlight is perfect, there are three different light settings and it can be placed or hung anywhere. It’s very easy to use all you have to do is push the different buttons. What I like the most is that it doesn’t have a cord or require batteries, It charges with a usb cable that is included. The sounds are very soothing, I can tell my daughter enjoys the sounds and I enjoy them as
well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely sound machine. A little backstory here. My Mom died recently and I have not been able to sleep. I ended up sleeping with the tv on which did not give a sound night's sleep. So, I decided that if this is good for babies, this product might be good for a grieving daughter. It works perfectly. The machine has a 30 minute timer but I am never awake to hear it turn off.
Is it the soft color changing lights? Is it the electronic lullaby? Is it the soft chirping of frogs? Who knows.
All I know is I get a great night's sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the portable sound machine and nightlight. The light is soft and not blurring. You can choose up to six different sounds that are all soothing too. I put this on for my daughter at night while she sleeps. Sometimes when I take her for a walk in the stroller, I play it as well. She sleeps lo ger when it's on and that gives me a small break to shower or do other things. I also like that it has a silicone strap that let's you hang it from the stroller itself. When I go into her room at night for a feeding session, I don't have to turn on the light, because it has a soft light and I can see what I'm doing.
