Great portable sound machine

I love this sound machine. It works great. I attach it to the carseat and my baby loves it. At night I attach it to the changing table and use the night light for easy diaper changes!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Serious flaws for real users

A bright blue flashing light which can't even be fully covered by a sticker in a child's otherwise dark bedroom - did this product go through user testing? It is a strobe light.
Secondly, for a product that needs to be used in the dark having buttons you can't identify in the dark is pretty dumb. A number of times a sleep deprived me has turned the light on trying to turn the sound off or on instead. I nearly threw the thing across the room. The pink noise is pretty standard but it is a bit harsh - there are softer options on the market. I'll keep this now I've bought it and I've added stickers to sort out the buttons issue and ordered blackout stickers to cover the ludicrously designed bright blue strobe light. I'm disappointed in Frida as I feel they should know better either in design or testing and without these two very impractical flaws this could be a nifty little portable sound and nightlight.

Great for sound, but hate the light

Pros: This sound machine is perfect for white noise. It is plenty loud and has a good variety of sounds to choose from.
Cons: When you leave it plugged in so it will last all night, every so often, the charging light flashes and the whole thing lights up. In a pitch dark baby room, this little flashing light practically lights up the whole room and it's very distracting to a baby who might happen to wake up in the middle of the night!
Also, the buttons aren't visible in a slightly dim room. I had to bring the sound machine into the hall to see the buttons (and there are buttons on all sides so you have to make sure you're pressing the right one). Finally I took a sharpie to the power button and put a big black dot on it so I could turn it on and off without having to turn on the light in the room. I'm surprised that Frida didn't think of these things, as they're usually very conscious of product design.

I am on my second one! I won’t be buying a third! Stop working both times after a few weeks. Do not buy this sound machine!

Great sound, horrible charging design

I purchased this portable sound machine because i love all my other frida products but this one is missing on a couple marks. The design is great as far as the strap and sound quality but if it starts to lose battery in the dark the night light flashes obnoxiously (waking my baby the first time i discovered this). The charge light also flashes when plugged in which is bright in the dark. Unfortunately looking for another portable sound machine.

Ours has never worked

I’ve tried charging with multiple cables in multiple outlets and this product will not turn on- light nor sounds. Very disappointed as we love our other Frida baby products.

We loved our sound machine for two days! After the first charge it stopped working. The sound will turn on for a total of two minutes then just stops on it’s own. I was so excited for this product because in the hospital it was a lifesaver, but as soon as we got home it stopped working.

This is the greatest little sound machine! It has a long battery life and is great to tote around in the stroller, car, from the nursery to living room and everywhere in between. But WHY CANT YOU SEE THE BUTTONS?!? All of the controls are the same color as the body of the machine (or the strap when it’s closed), and given I’m often using this thing in the dark it makes it really difficult to use the controls. Everything else about this is perfect but big thumbs down on design.
I would recommend this to a friend!
