[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Finally I can get the grout clean on my ceramic tile floors after my dogs have accidents, without getting on my hands and knees! PLUS the floor dries so quickly I don't need to corral my dogs for hours until it it would dry. The fact that I don't have to sweep first is the ultimate! Maybe it can walk my dogs too?

And as a guy, doing indoor chores naturally hurts (as well as burns, blinds, incapacitates, and sickens me both physically and mentally). But ever since my wife got me the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro, I find that helping with household chores is far more tolerable. I like the smell of the cleaning formula (it smells fresh, not like a potent or overpowering cheap perfume). The floors come out clean and streak free. My only complaint I have with these Bissell products is I find myself doing the floors voluntarily without even being asked, but my wife no longer harps on me, so it's a catch 22. Seriously though, I really like the Crosswave product line, I'm glad Bissell made it easier on people like me to do chores, and the fact they donate to pets with purchases of certain formulas and machines is just outstanding in my book. Thank you, Bissell, on behalf of my wife and myself.
