I bought two new CrossWave PetPro cleaners in the month of September, and I couldn't be happier. They are the best! They can clean themselves--who can argue with that. Also, the strainer included in the used water receptacle cannot be beat. It catches our dogs' hair like nothing else could. I love the rug brush roll and the good smelling Febreze PET Multi-Surface cleaner. Keep up the good work!

After using it, I would recommend this cleaner-and the Crosswave Cordless Max-to anyone, even if you don't have a pet! It refreshes the whole house!

However. that might make it harder to squeeze in some areas so, who knows. All I know is this machine has saved me. I have severe back problems so this helps me quite a bit.
