Before I bought the Bissell CrossWave my ceramic tile floors were never really completely clean. I would vacuum and mop, but I could always see that the floors weren't completely clean. Now after using the Crosswave with the Multi-Surface Pet w/Febreze even the first time, I could tell that the floors were so much cleaner. Cleans and saves time....what a great combo!
