[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this multi surface cleaner with my Bissell petpro crosswave cleaner. It vacuums and washes the floors at the same time. Everything smelled clean and fresh due to the febreeze in the formula. My laminate floors and kitchen floor were spotless and my area rug was clean and refreshed. I make sure to use the multi surface roller as well as the multi surface cleaner. I have back and knee issues so this product allows me to get all the floors clean without having to get down on my hands and knees to scrub.
