[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I run an Airbnb. Sometimes guests bring their pooch. Even after they clean the cabin with a vacuum and swifter, I bring my bissell crosswave and pick up so much more hair and dirt. I also love the fresh, clean smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a considerable amount of research prior to purchasing this machine and there is no doubt in my mind, I made the right choice. I have used the "Multi-Surface" 3 times since receiving it about 3 weeks ago. I have used 2 different, brush equipped products on the same floors over the past 20 years. The "Multi-Surface is the best by far. The Multi-Surface uses less water, leaves virtually no water on the floor, polishes as it cleans, leaves no streaks, leaves floors cleaner, is easier to handle, and is easier to clean after use. I'm also very impressed with the Multi-Surface cleaner solution. I've used several different cleaning solutions over the years some effective, some not so much. However, the Bissell product is a very effective and complimentary partner to the Multi-Surface machine.
