Does not dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even using the sanitize and heated dry my dishwasher and dishes are still soaking wet hours after the load is done washing.

Hello, Aldirty. Thank you for sharing your experience with your Frigidaire dishwasher. We’re sorry to hear about the drying concerns you’re encountering. To improve drying performance, you can try these tips:
Selecting the Heat Dry, High Temp, or Sanitize Temp options will improve drying performance.
• Make sure the rinse aid dispenser is filled.
• Increase the discharge setting of rinse aid.
Check the incoming water temperature. Be sure it is at least 120°F (49°C).
• Check for proper loading—avoid nesting items.
Cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Load them at the far left and right of the upper rack so they will be held in a tilted position.
