Extended Warranty

I have always purchased Frigidaire products. In my last three homes, I replaced all the appliances with Frigidaire products. I have to say, I'm a little put off at the fact that I think I'm buying a quality product (my new dishwasher) only to have you bombard me with extended warranty offers. The 5 year warranty you're pushing on me is almost half of what I paid for the unit. Rest assured, if this unit goes bad, I won't be replacing it with another Frigidaire product, why would I, apparently you don't even trust or stand behind the quality of your products you sell. Why don't you build in a 5 year warranty into the cost of your products if you don't expect them to last? Here's a thought, build a better product. I think I'm done with Frigidaire.

Very Noisy Door Hinges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day after it was installed, when opening the door of my new dishwasher it make the loudest, ear piercing screech from the hinges. My husband tried WD 40 and it didn't do anything. We have to open the door very slowly to not make that aweful noise. Not happy with it except it cleans well.

Almost perfect

The only problem is that the right-side door needs to have the door stop either repaired or replaced as it doesn't stop and swings open quickly and slams.
