Good budget option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is much faster at washing than the brand and model I replaced in my home. For the price, the performance has been good so far. The controls are intuitive, and dishes come out clean and dry. I would recommend this dishwasher as a budget option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was mad because it wouldn’t drain. Turns out the plumber didn’t knock out the plug in the garbage disposal, EZ owner fix for dumb mistake. It works well now and is pretty quiet

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This DW has not met my expectations. My last Decore lived for about 15 years until it failed, and up until then, it did a better job than the new Frigidaire. The Frigidaire doesn't clean thoroughly and I find myself pulling out dirty dishes from the top shelf and rewashing them by hand with every cycle. An excess amount of heat comes from the unit in low power drying cycle mode. The inside components are cheap plastic and this unit doesn't feel like it was built to last. Last night it just stopped working and would not power up. I checked the circuit breaker and power surge protected outlet and all seems to be fine. Tech coming out Friday to examine. I'm inclined to return the unit unless he finds a major problem with the installation by a certified Frigidaire vender. Obviously the power needs to be addressed as well.
