Not a good purchase

This dishwasher has been issue after issue. First the rack broke, everything these days is cheaply made. Then the dishwasher started pooling water in the bottom when it wasn’t being used. Now it turns on by itself and starts draining and you can’t shut it off so thankfully we have the dishwasher on it’s own switch in the fuse box, so we have to manually shut it off. I’m ready to throw the towel in

Bought as a Scratch and Dent

It was light weight, so easy to maneuver. Had the features we wanted.
Tried it the first time and discovered a leak from a crack in the plastic shell.
No big deal. I used a very small drill bit to put a tiny hole at the very ends of the crack, cleaned with alcohol dipped cloth, let dry, then used Flex Seal putty and Flex Seal Tape on the outside. Let it set for 48 hours. Tested it again, now have run multiple loads, no issues and no leaks.
Thos dishwasher is so much quieter than the portable one we had for years.
Looking forward to years of service from my Fridgidaire!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher does it's job as well as I expected for the price I paid. However it uses a ridiculous amount of the dry/rinse aid which causes a strange and strong scent. Also, the buttons are not easy to press so I find I have to be very diligent and sometimes even then I have to press them 2-3 times for it to reflect my selection.
