one year later the hot surface light stays on

We purchased our range a year ago and within the last couple weeks our careful surfaces are hot light won't shut off. It's been 24 hours now since it was used and the light is still on.

Just got it. It comes in a big box. Got most of it assembled. Wasn't gonna leave a review, but I have to in order to register the warranty. Go figure. (Having a hard time screwing in the oven door handle.

Had a few problems with delivery but it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition when it finally showed up. Looks like a great stove and so far has worked well.
