I've had this laptop for about 3 weeks, and have already had four instances where it simply won't start up. I learned about the little reset button on the bottom from GeekSquad at BestBuy, but using that once a week for the rest of time is not efficient. I will be seeking a return and refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
