[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review compares the T16 to a T580 from several years ago. So far, the laptop seems pretty good. Lenovo definitely cheapened the keyboard with lower profile keys and a less positive action -- reminds me of many other laptops. Pretty good but definitely not what one expects from a ThinkPad. Trackpoint seems OK but also lower profile -- maybe I can find a taller trackpoint rubber -- to the point that sometimes when using it I'll inadvertantly press the B, G or H (i.e., one of the surrounding) keys.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery life is terrible. Albeit, this has the smaller battery but life still hovers around three hours.
