[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my new laptop! It is quite quick and robust, and I had no problems after using it for a month. However, the camera is of poor quality. Whatever settings I tried, nothing improved the camera's quality. It appears to be a camera from 2010. If you don't care about the camera, the rest of the features are excellent.

I did not realize how much Microsoft interactions and disciplines are lined up the very day I started using the ThinkPad. I do NOT like using Microsoft and I find it a pain in my back, when I found out how much Microsoft would constantly be involved with my PC.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They are built to withstand most use cases for a long period of time with appropriate performance for a business environment. It's not a graphics powerhouse, but does well with business applications. The pleasant surprise was the low weight for a machine with this level of performance and ruggedness. Very pleased so far after the first 30 days with this laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my spouse as a daily driver , upgrade from a T470 . At 16" its is a sharp display . takes a while to get used to the keyboard layout . Otherwise it is still the same thinkpad like quality . The processor and battery life have also improved. I chose a model without the fingerprint reader , it is convenient to still customize configurations .
