The tablet is fast with great video. It is very comfortable to hold whether sitting in a chair or laying in bed. The cover works very well once I figured out how to use it. I do have an issue with the fingerprint option and ability to power down that almost caused a warranty repair. The sensor works very fast and is not the issue. You must enter your password once every 72 hours. I don't think I ever heard or read about this requirement. If for some reason you don't remember your password the tablet can't be powered off. Samsung help can not send any commands unless the tablet is in the power up mode. Their solution was to wait until the battery was complexly dead and they would then give it a try. The other option was to send it into have it factory reset which currently might take two weeks. In stumbling around trying to remember my usual 4 digit password I hit some extra number and rather than a blank screen was warned incorrect password. I switched to my standard longer password and was able to logon.
This tablet is great and well worth the cost just keep a copy of passwords and pins in a secure place. I now use may LassPass account. My only complaint is the inability to power off if you aren't logged int.

I bought it about a month ago. So far it's awesome. I love the way it works and was a great upgrade from my other tablet. However it is quite heavy..that is my only thing I don't really care for. However it does have a great case with a stand which helps a bunch. Definitely would purchase again or recommend
