For what its made for, it does it very well. This isn't a screen protector, this isn't an anti-reflective screen, this is an accessory to give you a rougher, more paper-like screen to use your spen. To fully maximize your experience you'll need to enable touch sensitivity, but this will also be prompted to the end-user when the screen is attached via the magnet connector on the side. At first i was immediately jarred by the sound coming from a slick surface of the s9 ultra to the notepaper screen, ill liken it to a dull pencil on drawing paper, but that was not an issue after a few minutes of use, and subsequently further usage it wasn't even on my radar. However if you do get only a few minutes to use this, such as a coworker/friend or at an experience store, do keep that in mind as your experience may be overshadowed by that initial sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wasn’t to sure about buying the Notepaper screen but it turned out to be a great purchase- at least for me. I am an illustrator so I put this on my Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and for drawing it is great. The S Pen is responsive and all the features work. It gives a great paper feel to the screen. It snaps in to place using the same connectors as the keyboard so you can use a case while the screen protector is on. The screen protector itself is thick plastic. I wish the side connector came in black and not white to match my S9 Ultra. Looks a bit odd. When the Notepaper Screen is on my fingerprint reader does not work and if you try to use your fingers for other gestures it doesn’t always work. But the pen works great even through the thick screen. The cover connects on to the side of the tablet and opens like a book cover so accessing the screen is easy, so you can scan your fingerprint that way.
So I would say it’s a great product if you are an artist but it may not

It adds resistance to the pen, being that rhe glass is very "slippery".
I do not use the tablet for artistic drawings, but I do use it to draw diagrams in troubleshooting in the world of IT.
If it was up.to me, I would like to have even "more resistance"
Would be nice if Samsung would make nibs speficially designed for it.
Regardless, it makes enough diference that I would recommend this, and i think the price is fair for what you get.
One last detail, the look of the screen is as if you had a matte screen protector.

Using with the anti glare samsung screen protector and it damaged both the notepaper cover and the screen protector with white marks permanently. It also generates a ton of static electricity whil using so it shocks lightly many times during use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
