The thing pad has been everything that has been advertised to be. When bringing over my applications from my Microsoft surface it was some instability and crashes. After about three days there’s been no issues. I’ve been doing a lot of work with the Adobe applications which are very responsive. I’ve also been using online video conferencing which has been very clear display, and no issues. This has been a great upgrade from my old laptop.

Poor poor battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Speed is great, graphics amazing, however it is meant for a desk. Battery life is maybe an hour at best even with processor at 50%. Returning for t14 Gen 3 AMD.

I am a Mechanical Engineering student focusing on aerodynamics, and the applications I use are very heavy on the computational side. 1,500+ component CAD assemblies to CFD simulations. I love this laptop! The screen is sharp, the keyboard feels amazing, the screen response is great Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the laptop a few weeks ago so I haven’t really pushed it to the limit in terms of processing speed. Did run a graphics intense modeling software and it seems to run pretty fast and graphics rendering looks great.
The two things that I noticed so far are it makes a soft clicking sound constantly (which doesn’t happen on another Lenovo laptop I had but for work but different model) and it blanked out for a second or two while I was using it (which I have seen before on the work Lenovo laptop as well). I haven’t seen this happened before on Sony (rather old) or MacBook before.
I am comfortable with the keyboard layout and touchpad. The weight is reasonably light. So far I am quite happy with the laptop. If those two things that I mentioned can be fixed by Lenovo, ii would give it a 5-star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this laptop is light and small, but the screen is still big enough for me to get stuff done. It also looks great and the keyboard is fantastic. It's fast and powerful enough to output to two 26" monitors. I use it with a docking station and it works great.
